GriefShare

Losing someone you love is painful, but you don’t have to go through it by yourself. GriefShare is a caring, supportive group that meets weekly to help you heal, find hope, and rebuild your life.

Group Details:

When: Sundays, Sept 21 – Dec 14 (no class Thanksgiving week)
Time: 3:00 – 4:30 PM
Where: On-Campus at Friendship Baptist Church
Cost: $25 workbook (scholarships available)
Format: In-person group (masks optional)

Serve in the Community — Loving Loud, Serving Well

At We Care, serving our neighbors is an essential expression of faith. Through our LoveLoud initiative, we engage with the community to bring hope, care, and practical help. We partner with local schools, city projects, and outreach efforts—like Comfort Dogs, PowerPuppet Team, mill & park improvements, teacher appreciation, weekend meal packs, and more.

Spring Break in Sykesville is a FREE event for people of all ages and is sponsored by Friendship Baptist Church. 2025 will mark the 10th year that FBC has provided the event.
